Our Founder

Ms. Iris Gerdine is the proud mother of three children, Leslie, Robert and Kyle.  She has been a community advocate and liaison in the field of healthcare for the underserved population, in excess of 20 years.  As a spokesperson for this population, she has championed on levels to assist them in the right to better health options and self empowerment.  She has been instrumental in coordinating forums, fairs, campaigns and any other avenue to increase their access to opportunities.
During a stint away from the Corporate arena, Iris broadened her career by launching her own company – IRG Consulting which opened for business in 2012.  IRG Consulting has been successful in contracting with several Fortune 500 companies like YPO & WPO, Dallas, TX. and  Mercy Medical Centers, St. Louis, MO.  Because of her expertise she has consulted in clothing line launches and small business start ups, which were and are still achieving strides of success.  Her implementation strategy, motto and overall life’s theme is “you determine the outcome”, by not leaving anything to chance.
As a mother, she is very participatory and active in her younger sons’ sports endeavors, as she serves as “Team Mom”, making herself available to encourage and give to not only her sons, but to all the team members.
Iris is an energetic, exciting and savvy professional young woman who all enjoy being in her presence.   When she is on the scene, everyone can expect and witness extraordinary.  She truly delivers on and exemplifies the song recorded and song by Chaka Khan and later Whitney Houston, “I’m Every Woman!”  Anyone who is fortunate enough to be in her company, will be infused with energy and confidence to achieve and conquer their ultimate goals.
